Rights Managed Images
Northants Images is a photo library supplying 'Rights Managed" images of locations and events across Northamptonshire for commercial and editorial use. Rights managed means that a buyer must request an image for a specific purpose and must not use it for anything else without a new license and further payment. A contract must be signed to this effect before the license is granted. The image will be supplied after payment has been received.
Images are licensed for single or multiple use and price will be calculated per image according to your requirements. If the image is required for a different purpose after the current license has expired, then a new license must be purchased. The photographer retains copyright of the image and a photographer credit must be displayed alongside the published image. Images are not sold for exclusive use unless requested at the time of purchase and it should be noted that the purchase price would significantly increase for this priviledge. However, it should also be noted that if an image is bought for use within a publication such as a calendar then it would not be sold to another calendar company for the same calendar year .
All images are of a professional standard and are supplied, on CD or DVD, as, AdobeRGB format, unsharpened, high resolution 48MB Tiff or jpeg files suitable for cropping and sharpening by the end user as required.
This website is maintained and updated by professional photographer, Cath Evans and covers towns, villages and countryside within Northamptonshire.
The image library is spit into fairly large subject galleries such as landscapes, canals, towns and villages, but as the number of images increases, the galleries will be sub-divided.
If there is a specific subject you are looking for such as images of Abington Park, please type Abington Park into the 'search' box in the menu bar which can be found at the top of every page. Alternatively if you would like to view all the images on file of Kettering, then type Kettering in the search box.
Each image has an individual reference number eg: ce100876. Please make a note of this number and quote it when you get in touch. An order cannot be placed without it.
When you have made your selection, please contact me with a brief description of the image you require quoting the corresponding reference number and an explanation of what you want to use it for eg web use, calendar, postcard, internal company presentation, brochure, magazine etc.
